Latest News 16 May 2020.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the uncertainty of international travel the organising committee of Melbourne 2021 International Stamp & Coin Expo Inc. has had to postpone the international exhibition which was going to be held on 11-14 February 2021. The new date is 8-11 September 2022 and these dates have been confirmed by Melbourne Racing Club and have the full support of Australia Post.

With the deposit commitments for the venue for this year we will be retaining all deposits that have been received for stands to date unless we hear otherwise. Those dealers who are willing to leave their deposit, the committee would like to thank you for your support and provide you with the opportunity to upgrade your stand if you wish.

The traders who have booked a stand and have not paid a deposit by 30 June 2020 will forgo their stand and will have to re-apply.

The revised trader kit will follow shortly but the new timetable is:

25% Deposit on Application

25% Due 31 March 2021

50% Due 31 March 2022

Public Liability Insurance

All stand holders will be required to provide details of their Public Liability insurance [Min. $20 million] on or prior to the final stand payment.
NOTE: APTA members are covered by their Association’s policy and need to be a current APTA member at the time of the show.
